Atto di concessione per la realizzazione e gestione in favore della società FRANCAVILLA AMBIENTE dell’impianto di selezione e biostabilizzazione ed eventuale realizzazione discarica di servizio/soccorso sempre nel territorio di di Francavilla Fontana (BR). Accertamenti circa regolarità e legittimità iter procedurale per impianto “complesso”. VERIFICA convenzione e gestione discarica in servizio.

PREMESSO CHE

-in questi giorni sono venuti a conoscenza di una procedura di gara curata direttamente dalla società Francavilla Ambiente Società Consortile a responsabilità Limited (based in Capurso - BA Provincial Road Trigg Carbonara - 0.600 km - REA No. 439702) as first-class operator of the landfill located in Francavilla Fontana.
