Leggo oggi su Brundisium.net la notizia dell'apparentamento tra Idv e blocco Ferrarese, cosa che mi lascia non poco deluso!
La condotta dirigenziale di Italia dei Valori nel periodo pre-elettorale ed in campagna elettorale mi ha lasciato non poco perplesso e mi ha indotto a nutrire dei forti dubbi su alleanze che si potevano delineare in un eventuale ballottaggio, The ballot has arrived on time and consequently the appearance.

Successivamente è stata convocata una riunione in quel di Latiano dove sono stati convocati tutti i candidati e dove si è discusso delle linee programmatiche "già decise"; linee programmatiche non da tutti condivise, in particolare nell'intenzione di non opporsi fermamente alla costruzione del rigassificatore, il programma insomma si è mostrato con una caratteristica debole in materia ambientale! Dalla riunione suddetta comunque è emersa la necessità di riscrivere parte del programma con un ausilio dei candidati tramite loro proposte, ciò è stato disatteso ed inoltre non tutti i candidati sono stati forniti del programma elettorale dettagliato o quantomeno vi è stata poca comunicazione tra i delegati ed i relativi candidati (ripeto, non so se ciò riguarda solo me o anche altri candidati)!

La comunicazione in particolare è stata la nota dolente massima di tutta la campagna elettorale, pochi sono stati i fortunati invitati a partecipare a trasmissioni politiche in tv e poco spazio spazio è stato dato ai giovani tanto sponsorizzati ad ogni comizio!

Ora, tirando le somme, l'insuccesso di IdV a livello provinciale poteva ben essere colmato con una condotta politica difforme da quella utilizzata, sulla carta erano tanti i candidati, ma i realtà le decisioni sono sempre state prese a tavolino senza mai interpellare l'intera comunità, questo modo di agire è poco incline ai canoni dettati dal Presidente di IdV On. Di Pietro. Purtroppo però c'è da affermare che, lo stesso Di Pietro non è a conoscenza di perversi meccanismi politici che si svolgono in provincia di Brindisi, tutto ciò dovuto ad un ottimo filtro effettuato dai vertici provinciali e regionali!

In questi anni ad onor del vero,nella insufficienza dei richiamati percorsi politici e programmatici, si è proceduto per composizione e scomposizione in vista di appuntamenti elettorali (vd. Dini, Mastella, sinistra, Popolari poi Popolari e Asinello e quindi Margherita per finire ai Democratici con le evidenti discrasie fra parti di ex Margherita ed ax D.S.).
Sarebbe uno smacco e sicuramente devastante per tante esperienze amministrative di centrosinistra in corso rinunciare a tale compito. Ciò tanto più rispetto a chi,non certamente in ossequio ai principi e valori della Costituzione, ha messo insieme forze ex fasciste e xenofobe.
Oggi compare la sirena di operazioni di natura centrista all’insegna sempre dell’improvvisazione o dell’emergenza.
Ma se è vero quanto si afferma, e nel vivere quotidiano ne abbiamo prova, circa la drammaticità della crisi economica che pare ancora non aver manifestato i suoi più tragici effetti, allora è il momento di assumerci le responsabilità del caso.
Francavilla in questi anni sappiamo come è stata governata e da chi, nessuno escluso pur con tutti gli sforzi odierni di porsi in secondo piano al solo scopo di favorire operazioni discutibili.
Conosciamo le conseguenze quasi letali di questa lunga gestione per l’immagine della Città e per il suo tessuto economico e produttivo a cui non sono stati estranei i silenzi e le complicità di autorevoli rappresentanti dell’imprenditoria locale.
Ai cittadini occorre rappresentare le responsabilità del degrado e come si intende uscire da tale situazione garantendo con messaggi e segnali concreti che l’alternativa che si vuole offrire è possibile perché,sconfiggendo un refrain molto in voga e spesso alibi per votare sempre gli stessi, non tutti si è uguali.
Il centrosinistra,per le ragioni che ben conosciamo, ha commesso errori e dimostrato spesso divisioni ideologiche e rivalità il più delle volte di natura personale.
Per quanto mi riguarda al momento, leggendo sia le tue dichiarazioni di intenti come anche il documento dei cosiddetti “dissidenti”, pare essere maturata la volontà di ripartire con la coalizione di centrosinistra per offrire alla città una possibile alternativa e,ove vi siano le condizioni, allargare la coalizione a quanti condividono effettivamente la volontà di cambiamento che sarebbe vanificata, guidati dal solo principio del vincere ad ogni costo, da alleanze innaturali, contraddittorieedall’insegna diun falsonuovismo.
Mi riferisco alle eccitazioni da qualcuno palesate di accordi con il Senatore Curto e magari con qualche imprenditore la cui azione in vari campi suscita simpatia ed anche “invidia sociale” e che sino a qualche giorni fa,legittimamente, ha rappresentato esigenze e strategie assolutamente alternative ed incompatibili rispetto al Centrosinistra (vd. esperienza Giunta presieduta dal Notaio Michele Errico pur censurabile sotto alcuni profili di rappresentatività e di gestione).
Dire no ad alleanze prive di ragioni fondanti e convincenti non significa favorire il P.D.L. i cui rappresentanti non possono esibire meriti in materia di buona amministrazione né tanto meno concedere, senza alcun titolo di merito, ad un qualche autorevole rappresentante locale del PDL il diritto di esibirsi quale cultore e difensore della legalità e della trasparenza o addirittura riconoscergli funzioni di contrasto all’affarismo.
Il pragmatismo, l’eccesso di realpolitik, la volontà di competere con meri cartelli elettorali composti da forze e personalità di diversa estrazione e volontà hanno pesantemente delegittimato la migliore cultura e tradizione di centrosinistra venendo meno la consapevolezza che le alleanze sono frutto di processi culturali e politici not short term.

PREMESSO CHE

-in questi giorni sono venuti a conoscenza di una procedura di gara curata direttamente dalla società Francavilla Ambiente Società Consortile a responsabilità Limited (based in Capurso - BA Provincial Road Trigg Carbonara - 0.600 km - REA No. 439702) as first-class operator of the landfill located in Francavilla Fontana.
