On February 4, 2011 will be celebrated on the second hearing of the criminal proceedings against me RG 1076/09, for the crime of false self-certification of income for the year 2006, I would have made the admission in an application for legal aid for criminal proceedings in which I was the injured party. My
declared income for 2006 had not reached nemme ... no half the income limit allowed by law I had felt for a project contract of 3 months.
To accuse me of that offense, the GIP of Pistoia, Roberto Thirteen, asked the Internal Revenue fishing check my income for the year 2007, referring to the alleged admission to the legal aid application submitted on December 11 2008. Obviously, the office reported on my declared income for the year 2007, always resulting from a project contract that, in gross exceeded the legal limit.
